Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed, and we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled.
  • Cancellation by Unanicart: We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or other issues identified by our team. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, you must first contact our customer service team within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. You will also need to return the item to us in its original packaging, unused, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs
